Financial and InsuranceThe Strongsville Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry is a "fee for service" practice.What does that mean? Fee for service dentistry enables you to choose the dentist you want for your treatment, rather than be restricted to those dentists who have agreed to accept the insurer's arbitrary fee schedule in an insurance plan or predetermination.Will my insurance pay?Yes, your insurance will pay as long as the insurance plan that you have allows you to go out of network (PPO plan). All necessary paperwork for claim submission will be done by us, but you will be asked to pay estimated copay at the time of the treatment. After insurance payment if there is remaining balance, a statement will be sent to you. Why we are a fee for service practice?Being a fee for service practice allows us to provide you higher quality treatment for your needs in exchange for a fair fee considering the time, care, skill, judgment, experience and materials required to render that treatment. We are not confined to limitations placed on in-network providers regarding types of treatment (e.g. silver fillings instead of white) and most appropriate materials (e.g. the highest quality implants) or the time needed to do thorough dental cleanings (we can allow 60-90 minutes instead of 30). Ultimately, we believe this result in a much higher level of care for you and better oral health. Because The Strongsville Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry is out of network with insurance companies certain insurances (for example Delta Dental) may send their payment to the patient instead of the dental practice. Therefore, if I have such plan I acknowledge I would need to pay in full at the time of the service and will be reimbursed by the insurance. If needed The Strongsville Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry will provide me with payment plan options that are available. |
